We noticed you did not choose a HotspotRF-400 Tunned Helium Antenna. With this adapter, you can use your stock Helium antenna with a HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cable to elevate your antenna.

If you choose to utilize a weatherproof enclosure such as the Amphenol Broadband IPE Enclosures you can then turn your stock indoor Helium antenna into an elevated outdoor Helium antenna.

N-type

You can attach a HotspotRF Tuned Antenna directly to your hotspot using an N-male to N-male adapter. N-male adapter not included.

You can increase your antenna height with HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables using an N-male to RP-SMA female adapter. N-male adapter not included.

SMA

You will need to use this HotspotRF Low Loss SMA Male to RP-SMA Female Adapter when using HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables with your hotspot.

How far will your antenna be from your hotspot? We suggest measuring the distance and rounding up several feet to allow room for error and for your cable to bend.

4-foot HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables are best if your antenna will be directly above your hotspot or outdoor enclosure.

8-foot HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables are best for patios and balconies with the hotspot nearby.

15-foot HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables are typically best to place your antenna on top of a one-story building with the enclosure inside or mounted to the side of your house.

30-foot HotspotRF-400 Low Loss Cables are typically best to place your antenna on top of a two-story building with the enclosure inside or mounted to the side of your house.

We offer Amphenol Broadband IPE Weatherproof Enclosures. HotspotRF has deployed hundreds of hotspots using these IPE enclosures. They quickly became our favorite due to their durability and ease of use with their patented cable retention slots.

Lightning Arrestor 8 Lightning Arrestor

Lightning arresters keep your Helium mining equipment safe from static electricity. Most jurisdictions require that you ground antennas protruding over the roofline.

Please note that a 10 AWG copper grounding wire is necessary to connect the lightning arrestor to your grounding block. Grounding wire is not included or sold by HotspotRF as it can easily be purchased at your local hardware store.
