Refunds and Returns Policy

Return Policy for HotspotRF Web Application/Portal Subscriptions

Refunds will not be provided for any subscription after 10 days of purchasing a plan. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are canceled after 10 days. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the term’s billing cycle.

Return Policy for Physical Products (Antennas, Cables, Enclosures, etc…)

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • The products are unused and in the same condition that you received the product (brand new). The product(s) must also be in the original packaging.
  • The product arrived broken or defective with photo evidence.
  • The product did not arrive according to the shipping couriers tracking records (lost in transit).

NOT Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • The product is used/opened and no longer in brand new/unopened condition.
  • The product was ordered longer than 30 days from the request of refund or exchange.
  • The customer ordered the wrong/incompatible component of no fault of HotspotRF and the product is no longer in brand new condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We reserve the right to issue, or not issue, a full or partial return or exchange for any reasons not listed above, at our sole discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Measuring signal loss and VSWR is a complicated process. Actual measured values may vary from the advertised values based on manufacturing tolerances, cable assembly length, connector performance, actual operating frequency, and measurement accuracy. Power handling may be limited by connector choice. Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the proper cable adapters, dBi, frequency, cable length, and other variables.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a requested refund please check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return, please contact HotspotRF at [email protected] or by submitting a ticket here.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or by submitting a ticket here and include photo evidence of the defective or damaged product.

Shipping returns

Contact [email protected] or by submitting a ticket here for information in regards to shipping your return or exchange.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and packaging when returning or exchanging their products. The customer is responsible to include accurate shipping information when shipping a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary. HotspotRF cannot guarantee the shipment of your return or exchange.
